Must have the sales receipt to show date of purchase. However we cannot return shipping charges.
Credit
Credit will only be given on items returned to us in good condition not obviously used or mishandled.
Repair
Repair can be offered on any returned item that has a malfunction of crafted material. This may take anywhere from a few moments to a couple days, depending on what needs repaired.
Exchange
Exchange can be offered on any returned item that has a repairable malfunction of crafted material and is in good condition with no obvious usage or being mishandled.
